ONLINE RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with any goods purchased from our online shop we will happily offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we do not refund postage costs. Please complete the attached returns form and include it in your parcel. Online Returns Form
All returns must be in unworn and in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached.
The responsibility for the cost of return is to be covered by you. We recommend that you return your package using a recorded delivery service so that you are insured for the value of the goods whilst they are in transit to us. The package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. Please keep a record of proof of postage with the tracking number.
You may also return your online purchase to our Buckden shop. Please be aware that the return will be processed through our online systems so the refund is subject to the same time-frames as below.
Please note that gift vouchers cannot be returned for cash or a refund.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We aim to process all refunds for goods purchased online within 2 days of receiving the item. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 working days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.
If you believe the goods you have received to be faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the issue, and stating your order number. We will arrange for you to return the item to us and organise an appropriate resolution.
